"THE CRAMPS FROM THE CRYPT MEET UP WITH THE RAMONES AND TAKE ALL THE COCAINE HASIL ADKINS LEFT ON THE FLOOR"

The Ghost Wolves are relentless creators, deeply rooted Texas rock n' rollers, effervescent, indestructible punk voyagers who started their band in a damp Austin shack 11 years ago and have since grown into a globally recognized underground musical force of nature. In a little over a decade, they have worked every angle of the independent music world - from releasing music on Third Man Records, collaborating on a multi-year long running clothing line with legendary Japanese fashion house Hysteric Glamour, having their songs used in film and TV by networks such as HBO, Showtime and Netflix, self-producing videos and records - all the while touring the world without pause.

Carley Wolf (guitar/vocals) and Jonny Wolf (drums/vocals) have played thousands of shows together, appearing in every nook and cranny that live music can possibly be hosted in - caves, ancient Roman ruins, dungeons, caverns, gilded theaters, churches, sprawling Tokyo nightclubs, counterculture squats from Berlin to Milan, vintage midwestern USA barns, steamy basement shows and huge open air festival stages. Their music is transgressive, ferocious, unstoppable, based in blues, punk rock, rock n' roll, early American music, trash, and noise.  A live show by The Ghost Wolves is highly explosive, endlessly mesmerizing, electrifying. The band presents a gritty, in your face performance which is not to be missed. And if you hang around after the gig, you might catch a glimpse of their giant 150 pound all white wolf-dogs, their constant travel companions, security team and merchandise crew, from which they draw their name.

In 2020, Third Man Records, the eclectic Jack White helmed record label, released Crooked Cop/Day Will Follow Dawn, adding The Ghost Wolves to their roster of artists including luminaries such as Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Loretta Lynn, The Stooges,  Lightnin' Hopkins, and Screamin' Jay Hawkins, as well as contemporaries like Alabama Shakes, Dinosaur Jr., The Kills, The White Stripes and The Dead Weather

The Ghost Wolves have opened tours for musical heroes Wanda Jackson, All Them Witches, Bob Log III, Scott H. Biram, Alejandro Escovedo, The 69 Eyes, Drivin N’ Cryin and The Dead Boys. They have performed at international music festivals such as SXSW, Austin Psych Fest, Electric Picnic and Fusion Festival.

Their latest releases are a series of 7" 45 RPM vinyls - Crooked Cop (Third Man 2019), Let's Go To Mars (Dirty Water 2020), Ghost Series Vol 1. and Vol 2. (Old Faithful 2021) and Fast 2300 A.D. (Lunch 2021).

The Ghost Wolves are currently recording their third album at their home studio and hanging out with their rescue dogs - Sasha (130 pounds) and Dakota (150 pounds).

Carley Wolf plays Silvertone Guitars, Ewol Guitars, Eminence Speakers, Earthquaker Devices pedals. Jonny plays whatever dirty old drums he can get his paws on.
